Environmental Footprints

Allow me to introduce myself...
My name is Allison Tonini and I am senior at the University of Georgia. The environment has always been a huge interest of mine. I was recently inspired to start this blog after reading Josh Dorfman's book, The Lazy Environmentalist. If you are familiar with Josh Dorfman's book or radio show, you know that his philosophy on why people are not environmentally friendly is that they are lazy. Not many people are willing to research which car is better for the environment or which coffee company supports free trade, because we usually just do what is easy. However, most people said that if they were TOLD what to buy and that it would help the environment, they would listen. I am going to do my best to give you advice on how to be a more sustainable college student. Lets work together to leave a smaller environmental footprint.
